One of his relatives went to the Bankatlal’s house, where Sri Gajanan resided, and narrating Janrao’s story to him. Sri Bankatlal with the permission of his father Bhavaniram, took a glass of water touched it to the feet of Sri Maharaj. He gave it to the relative saying, “Tirtha was being given to Janrao Deshmukh.”

Maharaj gave his consent, and the Tirtha was given to Janrao Deshmukh who immediately regained consciousness and thereafter slowly recovered from the illness.

All the medicines were stopped and Janrao was kept on daily dose of Tirtha from the feet of Sri Maharaj. He gained his normal health within a week and went to Sri Bhavaniram’s house for the Darshan of Sri Gajanan Maharaj!

The water from the feet of Sri Maharaj had the effect of nectar!
